Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by Hensky Thurs or where Australian law provides otherwise.

14. Risk and Ownership

To the extent permitted by law, risk in physical goods generally passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to receive them.

Ownership of products generally passes once full payment has been received and the products have been supplied to you.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights concerning loss, damage or delivery of goods.

15. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Products sold by Hensky Thurs come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These rights apply automatically and are separate from any voluntary warranty, return policy or guarantee offered by Hensky Thurs.

16. Faulty Products

If a product does not comply with a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary change of mind policy is additional to your statutory rights.

Any time limit or condition imposed on a voluntary change of mind return does not impose a time limit on rights relating to faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

18. Change of Mind

Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a business to provide a refund simply because a customer changes their mind.

However, Hensky Thurs voluntarily provides change of mind returns in accordance with the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our voluntary policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

19. Promotions and Discount Codes

• other promotional campaigns.

34. Indemnity

This provision does not make you responsible for loss caused by Hensky Thurs, its contractors or matters beyond your reasonable control, and applies only to the extent permitted by law.
